Can all stains be removed?
No. Results depend on fabric, stain type, age, previous cleaning attempts and overall condition. SofaCare SG does not promise 100% stain removal.
Can pet urine and odour be treated?
Pet urine and odour-prone areas can be pre-treated before extraction. Severe or older contamination may need repeated treatment.
